Richmond Cold Storage is an IARW North American “Top 20” public refrigerated warehouse and distribution company encompassing 16 facilities totaling approximately 40,000,000 cubic feet of warehouse space. Primus Builders was selected to plan, design and construct this 110,000 SF cold storage expansion in Richmond, VA.
The facility consists of a -20° Freezer and 35° cross dock. This facility will be constructed using energy efficient fluorescent lighting throughout. It is located near the Richmond International Airport.
