Loop Cold Storage is a major cold storage company in McAllen, Texas. Due to its rapidly increasing import produce business from Mexico, Loop decided to build a new Produce Distribution Center on their property which is adjacent to their current Cold Storage Operations.
The facility is 45,000 SF and has 12 convertible rooms that can be operated from 34° to 55° F. and 20 vertically storing hydraulic dock positions. The building will have Freon refrigeration, shrink compensating concrete floors and fluorescent lighting.
