To accommodate its rapidly expanding business, this specialty prepared foods manufacturer selected Primus Builders to provide planning, design, engineering and turn-key construction services for their new 20,000 SF freezer and refrigerated loading dock expansion.
Primus Builders worked closely with the Kabob's Management Team to seamlessly coordinate the day-to-day operations of the existing plant with the new construction activities of the various contractors. This cooperation was mutually beneficial, allowing Primus Builders to complete the project on a fast track without disturbing the manufacturer's production schedule.
Primus Builders utilized the innovative standing seam insulated metal roof panel to provide an all-in-one weather and thermal envelope. Owner enhancements included a textured finish for slip resistance on the wash-down dock and an exterior partition that would easily facilitate the next planned expansion.
