Conversion of Freezer to Ice Cream Freezer and 34F Cooler space. 35K SF -10F Freezer addition with new Engine & Electrical Rooms & sequenced load shedding / transfer from existing ammonia plant to new plant. Refrigeration system replacement with all new piping & valves, new compressors, vessels, condenser with (3) rebuilt compressors and (3) relocated condensers. 8000SF Dock Office addition. Demolition of 2 story dock office and providing (5) new Cold dock positions. Extend existing concrete aprons and resurface entire heavy duty asphalt paving areas.
