Clifton-Dekalb retail & lofts is a unique and trendy mixed use facility located in Atlanta. G2 Properties selected Primus Builders for both the pre-construction & construction management on this project. Primus worked closely with the client and the architect from the conceptual stage, providing design concepts, budgetary estimates and value engineering to maintain the client’s budget through construction stages and ultimate project completion.
The top floor of the building includes five loft apartments designed to have the “industrial” look and feel to them and all have a clear view of the Atlanta skyline through the operable garage door styled windows. The lower level is designed for specialty retail stores and coffee shop.
Primus Builders has developed a working relationship with G2 Properties and is currently working on several other mixed use buildings in the Atlanta and metro Atlanta area.
