NAVARRO Chief Operating Officer John is responsible for overseeing all Construction Operations. John maintains a skilled group of project managers, schedulers, cost control and other support personnel, including, superintendents, assistant superintendents and field engineers to meet corporate and project needs. John's responsibilities include the hiring and training of all construction personnel, developing and enforcing the corporate construction processes, the loss control program, quality assurance and control of field operations. John has more than 35 years of professional experience in the construction industry. During his career, he has performed as general superintendent, construction manager, and operations manager for various construction firms. He has extensive knowledge in all phases of the construction process, subcontractor relations, contracts and the hiring of all trades. John's background and experience provide a strong foundation for our construction team.
