February 2008: Primus is Going GREEN
Primus Builders Design and Construction professionals are currently in the process of becoming certified in LEED.
LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. It is a Green Building Rating System that encourages integrated building design and construction techniques. LEED accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria. LEED is the nationally accepted benchmark for design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.

If you would like to make your next major renovation or new construction environmentally responsible, profitable and a healthy place to work, please call on Primus to help you with that process. All areas of our company will be certified, from design and engineering to final construction.

Primus provides turnkey design and construction services under a single source responsibilities approach. This approach allows the client to focus on its day-to-day business operations and have a single company responsible for the execution of the project.

Many of Primus’ projects are expansion or renovation projects working in and around on-going operations.
We understand the importance of keeping your business running efficiently and being flexible while still meeting project goals.
Primus Builders believes that the success of any project is tied directly to the individuals assigned to manage the job.
